Eben MacNeille's philosophy on real estate is that it's an organic process which takes a life of its own. Each interaction, purchase or investment is a new phase or milestone in a person's life, and is reflective of their individual personality. Eben believes it's his responsibility to translate the emotional aspect of a client's wants and needs into a home that suits them best. Understanding that real estate is one of the largest purchases and financial transactions ever, he is fully dedicated to knowing his clients, and his product, which he feels is paramount to success. Having grown up in the New York metro area, Eben is keenly aware of the nuances (and nuisances) of buying and selling in New York. "Educating a client involves knowing the market as well as what social, physical, emotional and financial barriers exist between them and their potential property. Being sensitive to these elements is essential in providing quality results your client." Many years on Wall Street gave Eben valuable financial savvy and keen insight on risk and investment value. His various roles in product and business development at top-name firms like Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and The IFC at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. instilled in him the ability to assist clients in a practical yet creative way to find well-targeted solutions for their goals, and make the most meticulously-planned investment moves. Eben rounds out his expertise with personal experience as an investor in the real estate arena, and as builder of two of his own homes. Growing up in Princeton, NJ and Manahttan (Bank Street) gave Eben a unique flavor for the city and diverse knowledge of its neighborhoods. He attended high school at Salisbury Prep in CT then received his BS in Computer Science and Communications. Eben also holds an MBA from HSB with honors, as well as Series 63, 65 and 7 licenses, and a certificate in Financial Modeling. He currently lives on the Upper East Side where he enjoys its family community and access to top-notch schools, restaurants, Central Park and the Met. Eben is also an active member of The Carbon Organization, a New York-based invitation-only social network of select leaders in international business, politics and the arts.
